Very wierd, but a suggestion.

Right click on the timeline with the music, goto "Properties" and set the music to "Stream". That way, the music is syncronise with the movie. BTW, is that song from "Dance Dance Revolution"?

The first time I heard this, I was thinking that someone might rip this song and make a crappy JPEG Flash movie of this on Christmas. Anyway, yeah I think this guy has nevered played "Starcraft" before. Hint: Learn the game, before making this.
